### **Here’s how it works:**

**Step 1:** **The prep call**

Start with a quick conversation with James, your Bullhorn baker, to share what you’re cooking up in your business and where you might need a hand. This helps tailor the review to your needs.

**Step 2:**

**The taste test**

After the call, you’ll complete a short form to securely grant access to your Bullhorn instance. James will get a *taste* of how your system is being used  and assess what’s working, what’s stale, and where we can improve the flavour.

**Step 3:**

**The follow-up**

James will present his findings, highlight any “undercooked” processes, and recommend the next steps to help your Bullhorn rise to success.
